I have an advocate version of the Hero, so I had to do 2 updates (one installed through HTC Sync, the other OTA). My phone now has the notifications staying very long in the upper left side of the phone. Before, if I viewed a txt message when it came in, the icon went away (same thing for calls, e-mail, etc). I am using Handcent, was using it before and still using it now--it is set as the default. It is very annoying--anyone know how to fix it?
Also, my phone vibrates everytime I hit the phone keypad when dialing numbers. I turned off the vibrate feature in the settings, but it still vibrates on the phone keypad. How do I turn it off?
