Root What kernel are you using? (DJ05)

in usual use ive been on adryns 12/17 test 2 for awhile...but currently as im playing with aosp...um whatever voodoo kernel is in it? lets call it 12/27 aosp voodoo5

no text is still nonfunctional...gv texting works though

So there are known problems with mms using 12/17 test2 adryn Voodoo5?

I'm trying it out and just noticed i couldn't send or receive mms, but sms works ok.
I was just going to report it on adryn's page, but if it's already a known issue, I'll just wait for a fix.

No, nitsuj17 is referring to the 12/27 asop voodoo 5.

No he was taking about 12/27 aosp

A few people have reported issues with MMS with JT"s clean v.9. Maybe you should try V.7 or Super Dark DJ05 ROM but make sure that you wipe data and cache in between flashing ROMS.

Well before I flashed voodoo, v.9. worked fine, but maybe its the combo of .9 with voodoo. I guess it wont hurt to try flashing another ROM. I just have to track down V.7 or SuperDark.

Thanks for the tip though.

Edit: It was a problem with v.9 in combination with voodoo. Just had to replace the MMS file included in V.9 with a different MMS.apk and the problem was solved. thanks to Nitsuj for directing me to the easy fix at DJ05 Clean .9 MMS Fix - xda-developers
Thanks to eriscentro for posting the fix.

Does anyone know where I can download JT's non-voodoo kernals (other than ROM Manager since ROM managers sucks since the last few updates)?
