As @MikeD implied, this isn't an Android issue nor an app issue. You need to take this up with someone who works at WhatsApp as this relates directly to your account with their service.

As I've already said, the only persons who can help you are employed by WhatsApp. Nobody else can do anything, that's it.

The only think I can suggest, is that you try re-registering with a different phone number. And don't repeat whatever you did that got your original number banned by WhatsApp in the first place.

If you don't eventually hear back from WhatsApp, going by that screen capture you posted this issue doesn't give you a lot of options. You didn't receive a temporarily banned message so apparently there's something more serious as far as a violation to their Terms of Service that prompted a permanent ban.

Get a new phone number from your carrier and then get a new WhatsApp account. And read through their ToS so you can avoid making the same mistake:
