Where is our trade in deal

I see you can get $300 off if you trade in certain Samsung phones for a Galaxy S8. But our S5 are not included .So it looks like I buy another battery and use it another year. What is Samsung thinking, almost everyone I know still has a Galaxy S4 or an S5 no deals for us I guess.
