Will not send pics via text message

I can not send pictures via text message with the stock message app, Handcent, or Chomp. I had been using Handcent for the past 2 1/2 months or so just fine, it would send pics. Then all of a sudden about a week ago it just stopped. It just kept showing the turning green circle over and over until the sending failed. I updated it, I uninstalled it, I reinstalled it. I tried Chomp. I tried the stock app. None of them will send a pic to another phone or to an email.

I can send pics to facebook with the facebook app.

The stock email app will send an email with a pic attached however.

Any guesses???

Try to reboot the phone maybe something is hung up? I'm on the leaked 2.1 rom, and it hangs on some things randomly. my phone just pushed out 8 days worth of picture messages to my sister back in chicago. That was after I did an update to Handcent.

Well, an update. Near as I can tell, it won't send pics when the wifi is on.
