wont pick up o/s after hard reset

wx435 Motorola After I do a hard reset the phone and I get the following:

hw version =pr5
sw version =fd1-209b
rf band id =cdma_band_01
meid num=nnnnnnnnnnnn
esn num =nnnnnnnnnnnn (my numbers)
bt addr = nnnnnnnnnnn
wifi mac =nnnnnnnnnnnn

the phone displays the red m , then flashes bright acid green for a millisecond, then displays the above, then locks and I have to pull the battery. can anybody help. thanks
