Yesterday Xiaomi debuted the Xiaomi Mi 5, a beefy smartphone running a Snapdragon 820 for what amounts to around $300. While yesterday's announcement covered the phone's availability in China starting on March 1st, VP Hugo Barra also confirmed that the phone will be available in India, followed by "other global markets."
