Help Xoom Will not boot past M Logo

I rebooted my xoom this morning and the xoom will not get past the M Dual Core symbol that comes up prior to the honeycomb animation. I have done a hard reset by holding the power and the up arrow. This reboots but then stays on the M logo. tried reset and then holding both volume buttons this brings up 4 lines on the upper right

Powering on BP
Lte modem is OFF
Cold-Booting Linux
reading ODM ruse - 1

and then nothing happens.
any ideas??????

Have you tried contacting Verizon/Motorola tech support?

so did a reboot again this time before it came up I repeatedly hit the down volume button and it moved past the m logo and booted up not sure if there is a correlation or just a coincidence but its working now

Just make sure that you never ever ever ever turn it off again... Just messin'

You should probably restart it again to see if occurs again, if so, I would take advantage of the warranty while you can.

deffinately did the factory reset. figure if it gets flaky again will replace. Just happy was able to get my stuff off.
