Help Yahoo IM

I tried looking in the forums but couldnt find anything that really answered my question. So here it goes....

If I put my phone in silent mode (so it just vibrates) I do not notice it vibrating for my instant message which is set to Yahoo IM. I notice it vibrating for calls, and text messages, and even emails, but not for yahoo IM. I have instant message set to go in the notification bar so it should, but i never notice it happening. Anyone have any ideas or do they know if it works on their phone? please help

Do the notifications for Instant Message work for anyone when in silent mode? I just wanna know if it is my phone

mine vibrates. Goto IM, then signing, then hit menu, global settings, and check vibrate. If it doesnt vibrate after that I suggest trying a third party IM app and see if you have same problem
