Accessories Quick note on Verizon Car option

I called (and went into Verizon) to check on options for my car. They offered me 2 options. The one made for incredible (which is dash mount-I think) and a universal that is windshield (my pref). I asked if the universal allowed me to plug in my power cord and she said yes.

So I go in and get ready to spend $19.99 and she pulls out the charger and it partially covers it. I suggested that they stop telling customers that it is a suitable universal for Incredible.

My current universal (I got for real cheap) works ok if I dont put it in straight. If I put it in with cord, it needs to be a little crooked, but works great. If I put it in straight without cord... the touch screen doesnt seem to work right.

Anyway, just a small piece of advice on the VERIZON universal.

I think he means it partially covers the power port.

It doesn't hit any buttons or cover the USB, and since it's universal you can use it with any phone if your wife or whatever drives the car. Because maybe she has an iPhone.
