how manny have have you had replaced

Well... here are the pros and cons for me.

PRO:
I can receive in less than a week VS a month and a half.
It works.
Designated camera button.
Larger screen.
Few extra bells and whistles.

Cons:
No Sense UI.

But thats about it...

I am trading mine straight across since mine was under the 60 day WFG too. Which was nice.

I'm getting my third Incredible tomorrow. NOT Happy at all. I got my first Incredible before they were released bc Verizon messed up and sent mine out :) That on had MMS download problems and system force closes. This one blown speaker, aol not syncing, mms download problems, random restarts, ringer not working. I tried to get the Droid X but the Customer Service Manager said that this phone is the best on the market and will be better than the X but I want a phone without problems and my moto Droid had ZERO problems. If this one has problems then Im probably done with HTC. I like sense but no that much to keep it and deal with the problems.

On my second one waiting to see what they're gonna do about replacing it. I mean, they're definitely gonna do something, it's just a matter of which phone they'll replace it with. So that's two bad, got my first one as a preorder online day before launch. Second was a refurb which I wasn't happy about (and yes, I know it's the rules but I'd had my original just over a month). The thing that really bites is I was in the hospital unexpectedly for two weeks of my original 30 days and even though I was just a few day over when I called with the issues, they refused to let me return it. I know, policies are set, but I'm a 9 year VZW customer with verifiable serious medical issues. Now, I can't even hold a conversation on my PHONE which is, after all, it's primary use. I can't tell you the number of calls I've lost talking to doctors. I'm SOOOOOOO frustrated!!!
