single worst thing about galaxy s

you need to leave it for a bit.. I thought it hung up as well, but I left it for a few minutes and then it booted fine.. try again I would say

No, my phone was definately b0rked, it wasn't running the fsck on boot.

The good news is that that was with the old method, I successfully used the apk this evening

Mine suddenly freezes on me, and nothing i push wakes the phone up... I have to take out the battery and put it back in and restart it...

I was told by another user that he experiences this too, and that the fix should be released on Froyo...

Other then that it works perfectly... Even the GPS and I live in a remote place in Canada...

I get this too. Happens irregularly but is very annoying, especially as I have to remove my quite brittle feeling cover to get the back off. Hopefully the update Froyo will cure the freezing.

For me without doubt the single worst thing about this phone is

BRIGHTNESS!!

Its so bright even at lowest setting is that it makes it practically useless to surf online on this phone where many websites have white backround. Such a pain in the eyes. Waste of money!

I have checked the Iphone 4 and you can set brightness to very low in that phone. Wonder why the developers didnt give us option to take the brightness further in this phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S from Bell (Canada). One thing..ok maybe more than 1 one thing I hate about my phone is ..
- Crappy or non existent push email (man..I miss my BB)
- Crappy GPS
- Lag (even after lagfix)
- Crappy camera
- Crappy battery
- No LED
- No realtime facebook notifications

Sorry..had to vent!! I really like the phone, hope they get some of the stuff fixed ASAP, as I am losing my patience. I might just go back to my BB and wait until they resolve all of these issues.
