Definately HTC_IME keyboard. Tried a good number of the ones listed above and imho HTC_IME knocks spots off the others.

You get it from XDA developers, just use their search function and look for Jonasl HTC_IME. There is also a chap called Gimpsta over there who has created a site to mod the keyboard and you can create your own skins for it, I have three different ones but currently on a pink and white one as it blends in with my wallpaper. Again just search Gimpsta and HTC_IME and you should find it. You want High Res but not Froyo (obviously!) just download it, unzip and copy accross to your phone. You will need a file manager Astro or Linda to find it on your SD card and then install. Simples!

I think you missed one that surly should be listed as it is very unique and just love it. It is called "Thick Buttons" keyboard. If you could add that I would surly vote for it. I would have voted for SWYPE, even over the one I just mentioned, but since I do not and cannot get it on my X10 (Thank You AT&T), I cannot vote for it.

XXXX So I vote for the "ThickButtons" KeyBoard....

Side Note: I see a lot of people voting for the HTC, but I do not see any listed as HTC. Are there HTC keyboards up there, but under a different name???

I used to see loads of comments about how awful the native X10 keyboards are but I stuck with them because I knew no better. However I eventually cracked and went for the HTC but my continued research brought up Swype only a week later so I've used that ever since. I think it would be difficult for me now to go back to tappy typing, though the HTC was good and a definite improvement on the pre-installed options.
