Root Recovering my Droid x

My phone does not work, so i downloaded sdf?or something like that
rsd..?

anyways.
My problem is that I cannot operate my phone only in few ways.
I cannot use bootloader since my phone doesnt turn on, and it works only in
Android system recovery <3e>

How can I apply the program I downloaded on my sd card?

volume buttons+ power give me "low battery"
and system recovery mode does not give me an option for runnung the program

what did you do that your phone doesnt work?if you bricked it then you need to sbf and that program needs to be ran on your computer ....here are instructions and links
