Introducing myself

Just wanted to introduce myself as I've been lurking these forums since I got my Eris. Just gotta say that I LOVE this phone. I had a LG Incite with Windows Mobile for the past year and a half...It's a night and day difference between the 2 phones. My fiance's brother got the Motorola Droid a few months ago and that's what I planned on getting until I played with the Eris. For $130.00 cheaper, the Eris was definitely a great choice for me. Soon as i figure out how to take screen shots of my phone I'll get some pics of my UI up.

Lookin forward to learnin more about my phone from yall.

There are some great people in the Eris forum, I am sure you will find all you need over here. There is already a good thread for showing off your homescreen, a great place to introduce yourself and get some good ideas for widgets.

Be sure to read around in the sticky threads at the top; that's where most of the stuff is that people new to the Eris will find useful at first. At least that is the way it was for me (battery life tips, update info, etc).

Pretty vast forum area all around. Have fun.
