Ok, not sure if this is an issue or not but I really find it odd. Took my Inc off the charger this morning at 6:45. I sent quite a few text messages, did many speed tests (showing off the phone and the data speeds). Checked weather a few times and at 7:05 this evening I am still showing around 75% battery left. Now, this is about as much as I typically used my iPhone and by now it would be at 30% or so. I have not turned off Network Access today, its been on all day.

I'm not griping mind you, but if this is correct and I do not have an issue with my battery indication I am VERY pleased! I even rebooted the phone to make sure it was not stuck LOL.

That's what happens when you don't go on the internet all day, text all day, download every app you see and use gps everywhere you go. I'm pretty sure the only reason people were freaking out about battery life is because they were playing with there phone 24/7 and never gave their battery a chance to calibrate. I text almost all day long and use the internet occasionally and apps and such, but the battery still lasts from 7:30 to 12:00

7:30 am till mid night? Or 7:30 am till noon?

I have been getting the same results. Pretty damn good battery life. I can go all day using internet when I want to look stuff up, compulsive email checking, and such. I turn it off when I am not using it, and turn off BT and never hardly turn on gps. Actually the other day I went 24hours with 3G turned on. It sleeps it when not in use, unlike my touch pro which would drain it in an hour. I did play a racing game today that uses the accelerometer, and that ate up 10-20% really quickly, but otherwise I have had no serious battery drain, even with heavy internet use.
