micro SD's normally ship with an SD adapter, not a USB adapter

I think I saw a picture where the this one has one of those tiny USB adapters.

Why do we need to format if already FAT32? I have not had to format 16gb ones before for Android.

Mine came with micro to regular SD Card.

Now they are shipping with the USB adapters. Much better in my opinion

Probably the USB adapter cus my 2gb one that came with the phone had a USB one. Congrats to you who got yours!

Well all my movies are on my internal storage at the moment, since not all 3rd party players can read anything but SD.

I'm retiring my iPod when this arrives. Will give me plenty of room to migrate my entire mp3 collection and still have > 10G left for other stuff (I pared my music collection down to only 18G, got rid of all the stuff I only had for the sake of having...)

Yeah, and when you go to copy all your stuff to it, get ready to hurry up and wait.

Copying 14.6GB from my old one to the new one, and the computer has been saying it will take an hour for about 10 minutes now.

Because you had the "quick format" checked. That may or may not be a good idea.

if you reformat the card you must full reformat

however, if these things are coming FAT32, reformat may not be necessary

When it says allocation unit size for formating just use default? Does it matter?

Transfer speed onto the card is averaging about 1.62MB/sec for me, which is just sad. So putting anything on it is going to take a while. Right now I'm just backing up everything I had on my old card, but it's gonna take so long I'm just going to head to the gym.

That's what I did for formatting. I'm doing a bit better on the transfer - about 3mb/sec, but I copied the old one to the computer so it's not card to card.

not only did I get mine, but I have already sold the extra 2 I ordered

$115 each + shipping on ebay

I paid $160 for the 3, will get back something like $205 after ebay/paypal fees from the sale of the 2 extra, so tx Verizon for the 32gb card and $45!

Basically it took a good 45 minutes before it actually recognized all of my media. But everything's Jim Dandy now!

Hey can someone post a pic of the phone recognizing the storage for me? Like a screenshot?
I started thinking about the VZ site saying it doesn't work for Incredible. I'd hate to open it and it not work.

Something like that would make this thread awesome.... er!

How about actual photos. That way you know there's no tampering.
