Bloatware freeze?

I don't think this is possible. To freeze an app you need to be able to modify the /system/app directory on the phone, without root access you are unable to mount this directory as read/write. When you freeze an app it basically just changes the .apk on the app to something that android is unable to load therefore making it not use any system resources i.e. skype.apk.frz when you unfreeze the app it just makes the extension .apk again
