Have searched the forums and can't seem to find my specific problem. GT-S5830 seems to be stuck on one specific live wallpaper, and I am unable to change it. When I try to change it, the phone lets me crop the picture, but that is all. Stock wallpapers also do not work. Bizzarely, it will let me change the lockscreen wallpaper. Anyone seen this before?
I should point out that this phone belongs to a colleague, so a solution not involving root/factory reset would be preferable...
