Help can't flash recovery

Greetings,

After flashing factory image angler-opm6.171019.030.e1, I then enabled developer options, but am encountering difficulties flashing the latest TWRP recovery:

twrp-3.2.1-0-angler.img flashes successfully however. Does anyone experience a similar problem with twrp-3.2.2-0-angler.img, and if so, how did you solve it please.

I find that "wget https://dl.twrp.me/angler/twrp-3.2.2-0-angler.img" downloaded an html file, rather than the recovery image. Using the web link downloaded the img properly, which then flashed successfully ... thanks.
