Help Cant rearrange bookmarks

I cant seem to find a way to rearrange my bookmarks for the Browser,
all I get is an option to view by grid or list

I discovered the same thing after I had to back up my bookmarks from the SD card. It placed all my bookmarks after the ones that came with the Dolphin browser. What I ended up doing was, after visiting each site that I had bookmarked, I added it again as a bookmark, and it then placed it at the top of the list. Kind of a pain in the ass.
