Help Can't recieve picture text messages from i phones

Hi,
So a couple of weeks ago my friend sent me a picture text message from his i phone. It just showed up as a blank text on my phone & when I touched it, my phone went to a black screen w/ a play button on the bottom. I can recieve picture texts from other phones fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there an app I can download that would allow me to recieve picture texts from i phones?

Try Handcent SMS and see if you have any luck

I've had this issue as well. On all texting apps (handcent, gosms, stock, chompsms)

However, I think the issue for me is my actual service provider (Telus)
