I recently got this phone for my mom and as I was setting it up I noticed it wouldn't respond to my commands. When I unplugged the phone it would function as normal. I had a similar problem on my nexus one but this one is way worse. It is incapable of working and I had already taken the battery out and back in again to see if that was the issue and nothing seemed to work. I understand that these phones take a while to charge but even while connected it shouldn't be unuseable because that really cuts down on productivity and function when you need it. Does anyone have any suggestions besides returning it..because that may be what I'm going to do.
