Dead device after battery drain

I plugged my device in last night to let it charge, since it was at 1% battery. When I woke up it was completely dead. Plugged it in to a different charger (the one that worked perfectly to charge my phone that same night) and left for work. After I returned from work I found it was still off, with no luck of turning it on, even while still plugged into the wall. I've tried three different chargers in two different outlets and my computer, nothing is working. Does anyone else have that problem? It's still under warranty (since it's only three months old) but I'd like to see if I can fix the problem myself before Verizon sends me a new one. Thanks!

Just leave it be for a bit, then plug it in again. Use a different charger too. Or a pc. And leave it be for a few hours.
