General Android Tablet question

Before I commit to the Kindle Fire tablet, does anyone know if you can access Amazon video via any app or browser (not hacking, etc., this is for my mom)

Not that I have seen yet. Amazon video requires you to install its own plugin, which isnt available for android.

You can stream Amazon Prime through the browser, and it's one of the better video experiences I've had with my GT 10.1. Works on my Vibrant as well. No special plugins required.

I'm not sure if you're asking about the Kindle Fire, but yes, there is apparently an app on KF that will stream Amazon Prime.
