Help Google Calendar sync

How do you transfer events from My Calendar to Google account calendars?

Hi! On my HTC I went to Menu -> More -> Calendars and only selected my Gmail account as some of you indicated but I STILL NOT WORKING. After assigning my GMail account as default and even selecting GMail when I enter a new event it never appears on my Google Calendar. Any ideas?

You are right! You need to select your gmail calendar when creating an event on the phone. Then it syncs just fine. I feel kind of stupid now. I should have noticed that.

I just started using android coming from a bberry and initially found many intuitive features were not available, like sync calendar on phone and outlook. A simple solution which works for me is when creating an appointment on your computer using outlook, simply 'invite' another attendee, and send the invite to your gmail account. it will automatically receive the appointment and schedule it, then push the appointment to your device. Works like a charm every time for me!

Or you can just use Google Calendar Sync to sync with Outlook. It isavailable here:

The only caveat is that it only syncs your default Outlook calendar.
