Google Music Storage problem

I only have 1,441 songs and when I use try to add more songs it says Storage full (2.1 GB over. And then It says There isn't enough space to store all the items you selected. Not all these items will be downloaded. And I only have 1,441 songs. Is there a GB storage limit as well as the 20,000 limit? And is the storage limit a problem with Google music, or with the GB limit in my Samsung galaxy player. So why is is saying that? Is it supposed to say that or not?
