Google Now voice dialing suddenly less accurate, includes too many names

I use google now to do a voice dial from my contacts. It has worked great. I usually can say the name and whether it is mobile or home. All of a sudden, it wants to give me choices.

If I say dial Fred Tucker, It will bring up Fred Tucker and Jane Tucker and say, "Did you mean Fred Tucker?" Clearly it is getting Fred but wants to give me more info. THis introduces another step in the process which means I can't do it while driving.

I am curious if there is some setting I hit that changed this.

Please note that EVEN IF I TYPE IN THE NAME it returns both names!!!

I don't get it. I love swipe.. but that has nothing to do with google search that I can tell. Please explain.
