Help with Apps Needed!

I'm considering buying a Google Nexus to complete customer quotations on. I have made a form in Word which I print, fill out then re-type and send.

What I'd like to do is hand write directly onto the form on my Nexus and then convert the handwriting to text. Leaving me with a nice neat completed form to then email to the customer.

Can anyone help me with what app I need. If indeed it exists?!

Well, you can do it for sure on a Galaxy Note...but not sure if there's any handwriting app out there not on the Note that is accurate though.

The new Galaxy Note 2 has only been announced. Will ship in October. Meanwhile the Galaxy Note 1 can also do handwriting-to-text. And chances are you can pick one up for an interesting price IF you can still find them being sold somewhere!
