Root Help with error message while running hotspot on rooted droid x

Hey guys so i rooted my droid x and am using the wifi hotspot feature and i get this message popping up every 5 minutes or so...
what is it? should i stop using my wifi? am i being charged or something like that? or how do i get rid of it ?
