Help with otacerts.zip

Can someone send me the /system/etc/security/ otacerts.zip file, I seem to have lost my .bak because it can't find the file when I mv /system/ etc/security/otacerts.zip.bak /system/etc/ security/otacerts.zip to put it back or am I doing it wrong? I could always use my nandroid backup but then I woul have to remove all the bloatware again.
