I'm using a samsung galaxy s4 and my cousin don't want to tell me, how i can find that. :|
I've seen, that he'd given a telephonenumber in the telephone-app or so...

He probably gave you a number that you can enter in your dialer to get into that hidden menu, or test mode.
Most folks don't need to mess with that as some things there, if changed, can bork the device.
I suggest if you are not familiar with that mode, don't worry about it

open the stock dialer (phone icon) and just enter *#0*# (don't press anything else)
it will automatically get you to that menu.
