How do I edit songs on my nexus one without connecting to my computer?

I want to edit my songs, so i could put the names of the artist and the name of the song. I lost my usb cable to connect to my nexus is there any other way to edit the songs.

While i'm here are their any good programs to transfer music from my Mac to my nexus one? Like Itunes or something similar? Just have to wait for my usb cable to pop up.

Mixzing can do the fore mentioned. I don't use it personally, because all my music is tagged perfectly, and it only took me 3 weeks to do it, yes sir.

For syncing my Nexus to my Macbook, I use missing sync. It can also sync over bluetooth or wifi. (You'll need to download the free companion app from the market to do this) I used to sync over Wifi all the time, till I changed my network and haven't yet updated my sync settings.
