Ok so Dec quicker but could be better. Seems to pause for about
2 secs at start of loading page and normally takes about 7 secs
To load the page

Is that what others are getting?

For this forum, that's not too bad. I get lag with their database on a T1 connection.

Right. yes. This site is much worse than my pim site.
That seems to have been optimised for mobile/ iPhone I think

I get database errors every so often, so I am thinking that the database engine is on a slow server or not optimized for the traffic. It reminds me of trying to log onto the NFL's mobile site on a Sunday afternoon

XDA site is more solid and faster... I guess they have better service provider.

just tried smart keyboard forum and that is super
quick

ah ha! now that does look impressive
installed opera mobile and can now edit text boxes.

more than that it actually keeps it in view in landscape too :-D cool
