Help I can't connect to my home wifi

I have read every thread I can find on these forums and I can't seem to find anything that helps.

When I try to connect to my wifi, It goes into this scanning, connecting and disconnecting loop. Then it tells me the network is not in range, then that the connection is disabled 3 or 4 times and goes back the scanning thing.

I've factory reset and rebooted my phone.
I've pushed the button you use to connect new devices on the front of my Netgear 7550 router.
I've tried to configure a static ip for my phone, but I'm not sure if I did it right.
  • I have a static ip anyway, so I used that as my ip address.
  • Used my router's address as the gateway
  • Left Netmask alone since it was filled out
  • Left DNS 1 & 2 blank since I didn't know what to put there
I turned off the Connections Optimizer
Set the Wifi to never sleep.

I don't have an active account with Boost anymore. This phone used to connect to the wifi after my account expired, but it won't anymore.

I'd appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks!!!
