Incoming call lock app

Hi guys

I am looking for an app that has a pin when a phone has an incoming call so you have to enter the pin to unlock/answer someones call.

Someone mentioned the xumba app to me but it was no good for me because it doesn't work for private or unknown numbers and the name and number of the caller shows when the phone is ringing which I do not want.

I had this feature on my old Motorola phones.
