AppMonster (installs apps from sd)
Wifi Tether for root users (if you have root)
Flixster
Pandora
XiiaLive (shoutcast)
Astrid
ROM Manager (need root)

for starters.. there was another app I think called AppBrain that lets you install apps remotely from your PC that sounds pretty cool too.
