Help loud earpiece

I have my earpiece volume at half and depending on who I am talking to seems like 70% of calls are so loud and get distorted I turn it all the way down and its seems to be alright then but still sounds a bit funny. Is it normal for me to have to turn it all the way down like that? Sometimes I will have to turn it back up if someone is talking real quite.

i have this problem too. i have worried about it took. i hate it some calls ist fine but then other seem load and make it sound not clear

I have this problem too. I have my volume turned down as far as it will go and callers are still very loud. Did either one of you exchange your phones to resolve the issue? I don't really have the TWS issue so I'm hesitant to exchange but the loud earpiece is annoying.
