Just wanted to share something I discovered... When you disable the Lumen Toolbar (useless, intrusive, battery hogging junk), it enables itself every time you reboot. I don't use the stock browser, so it took me awhile to realize it kept turning back on. So now, after reboot I go straight to settings and disable the Lumen nonsense again. Hope this helps a little. :)
