Help Mystery calls

Several times my RMHD just calls people "on its own". Seem like it's someone who I've just texted or who has just texted me. The phone can be in my pocket with the display off, but suddenly I hear ringing. It even happened in the car yesterday. My brother (same phone) said it's happened to him too (he's only had the phone about a week).
Anyone else?
Any explanations/theories?

I use to get that with my Sony Xperia Play phone. It went off and on for about a month with randomly calling people from my contacts and then finally stopped doing it. I haven't experience this problem with the Maxx HD though.
