So, I have seen tons of debate as to which one is better, N1, Droid, or Iphone. So for the past 2 weeks I did as much research as I could in order to bring you the honest truth. (these are unrooted)
First lets look at cpu
N1: snapdragon 1ghz - 2000dmips
Droid; cortex A8 550mhz - 1100dmips
Iphone: cortex A8 600mhz - 1200dmips
so here in regards to cpu, the clear winner is the N1, but we all new that. But of course you can always root your Droid and get similar performance to the N1, and idk if the Iphone can be clocked up, please let me know if you know. But really none of these are going to be a limiter for your system. all 3 are more then capable processors and will provide a great experience, so I'd really call it a tie, but for raw power the N1 wins.
Screen
N1: 800 x 480 px (PenTile RGBG), 3.7 in (94 mm), 252.15 ppi, 3:5 aspect ratio, WVGA, AMOLED with 100,000:1 contrast ratio and 1 ms response rate
Droid:854 x 480 px TFT LCD, 3.7 in (94 mm), 16:9 aspect ratio, WVGA, 265 pixels per inch (ppi)
Iphone: 320
