New Idea, Need help

I have an idea for a new widget/app and idk how to make one, so if anyone makes apps i can tell u how i have it designed, the GUI, i mean, and u can program it n stuff, idk.. Jus an idea, if anyone is interested in attemptin this then let me kno, i can make an image in paint of how id roughly like it to look, its nothin ground breakin n idk if somen like it alrdy exist (kinda) but jus post..
