My phone seems to be having a problem: I have not yet received the ICS upgrade. When I go to settings and go to check for an update the OTA manager starts, but then nothing comes up. The OTA disappears, and I don't receive news of an update. I am guessing that every TB should have received ICS by now. Any idea how to correct this problem?

I would try a reset if I were you ... Or take it to a Sprint Store Technician for them to look at it.
