Help Notification Bar

I noticed today that I keep getting these items in my Notification Bar and I do not know how to remove them or prevent them from coming up again. They are written in asian and I do not know what they are for and there is no red minus sign on the side to dismiss. I remove it by turning the phone off and on but it does not take long to come back. I would appreciate help at this point. I just want it to go away. I actually hit it by accident and it started to download something but I interrupted it when I turned the phone off. Thanks and have a great night!

It sounds like one of your apps is sending a notification. Check your app and email settings to end/initiate notifications.

The easiest way to find the culprit is to install this app from the Play Store

AirPush Detector

Run the app and it will tell you what app or theme you may have on your phone that's causing this to happen. Remove said app or theme, problem solved.
