Help Phone not showing Data plan (3g)

i just got this phone and think its amazing but for some reason i don't have any 3g network anymore i had it before i updated to 2.1 is there somewhere in the settings i should look?

Go menu >settings>wireless & networks>mobile networks>network mode, make sure the WCDMA/gsm preferred is checked.

i cant find network mode when i click mobile networks it only shows :data roaming, data traffic, access point names,network operators and sms center

It sounds like that option is blocked by your provider. I think you mentioned getting the help if your provider to setup your phone, so maybe give them a call. Sorry, wish I could be more help.

fixed just went to me apn click settings and reset to default but it says H not 3g are the the same thing

H = HSDPA

which is faster connection than actual 3g
