My htc one m8 started doing this a few weeks ago, when I plug in the charger it does not pick up the charger. If I restart the phone with the charger plugged in it will charge. If the charger is unpluged while chargeing, the phone acts like its still chargeing (icon showing charging). If the phone is fully charged it will show 100% for hours after it has been unplugged. The battery life now does not last half the time it used the day before this started to happen.
Only other weird thing is when I make a phone call it default to speaker ( in comming calls are normal)
I read some thing like this happening on the m7 online, but not the m8. Phone is about 9 months old.
