Picture Message Problems

I have a Galaxy SII and it wont send a Picture messages to one person it will send them to everybody else I try and it will send a regular text message. I have switched phones and tried again, the person I am trying to send the message to has also switched phones/providers and still can't receive them. Does anybody have any ideas of how to fix this?

Does the person on the receiving end have the ability to receive MMS, this could be the issue?

Which providers are you using?

Yes he does, receives them from other people. I am with T-Mobile, he was with AT&T (had an IPhone) and is now with (Verizon Galaxy SIII)

Have you tried putting in a country code for his number...and make sure the area code is in his number too...

I would also try just re-adding him to your contacts.

I have tried with the country code & without both, also have already deleted from phone/gmail/sim/tmo contacts & readded and it still don't work.

Picture messaging can get sort of hairy between carriers. If its at all possible, send it via an email. Best to just cut the carriers from the issue in the first place.
