Help POP account stopped working

Hi. I'm pulling my hair out over this. I have 5 email accounts set up on my S4. Four of them work fine. My POP account has suddenly stopped syncing. Auto sync is checked, the passwords are correct, etc but nothing is happening. Last sync had been 2 days prior. I ended up deleting the account and setting it up again. It worked only for a while and now it's dead again. Any suggestions?

It depends, If it's a Yahoo account, they're playing again. If not, have you contacted the email administrator for that account?

It's my POP mail account through GoDaddy. It tests and sets up fine, but won't pull the emails. It's worked for years but has suddenly stopped.
