Samsung Galaxy Nexus
Here's Why:
1. Beats on HTC is nothing more than a gimmick IMO, at least with the GN you get an equalizer
2. Better hardware (screen, processor, bigger battery)
3. GN has the latest and will continue to be updated with the latest Android OS
4. Much bigger community support

These are just a few of the things that come to mind...
Oh and did I mention the buttonless screen... just beautiful!

2 cons on the GNex: it doesn't have expandable memory, and it has no mass storage mode.

And a correction: The Rezound/Sensation XE has a better processor and graphics chip than the Gnex.
