Help Screenshot on JB

Since updating to JB I'm finding it hard to take a screenshot. I know the button combo is (or was on ICS at least) power + volume down. Now I press them and most of the time the volume is just lowered, no screenshot taken. Tried pressing them together, one then the other, but no change. Feel like it worked right away almost every time on ICS.

Anyone else having this issue or have suggestions on how to fix it?

Sorry. Seems to be working fine for me. I just press at the same time and hold for a second ot two.

I think I'm going to try resetting my phone tonight. Between this and the media/sdcard tasks using all my battery it's making JB horrible. But not seeing other complains about these issues so maybe a reset will help me.
